ZPotes Salvadoreños Food Truck specializes in serving you "comida cachimbona" (badass, excellent food) from El Salvador and Central America.
From its humble beginnings, in the mid 90s, the older ZPotes from the Ramirez family would sell Pupusas and sodas on weekends at local soccer games in Southern California as their parents wouldn't give them an allowance. But the family's involvement in the food service industry goes back as far as their grandmother preparing food and selling it in the "fincas" (commercial farms) in El Salvador. Those family recipes would be used to start a restaurant in Mesa,Arizona in 2002.
Fast forward to 2017 and the family business has expanded to 4 storefronts in Arizona, 1 in California and now the youngest "ZPote" Chef Teddy, brings you Zpotes Salvadoreños Food Truck.
The "ZPotes" pride themselves in sharing with you their "comida cachimbona" (excellent, badass food) from their native country, their grandmother's recipes and a long history of strong, fierce work ethic.
